FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We currently only ship within Australia. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. All orders are sent from Melbourne, Victoria.

    SHIPPING METHOD

    • Australia Post Standard Post | COST $9.95 (AUD) | ETA: 2-10 days

    • Australia Post Express Post | COST $14.95 (AUD) | ETA: 1-3 days

    Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change. You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.

    INCORRECT ADDRESSES & SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

    While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, J+W cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Should you have entered in the incorrect address, please send through an email as soon as possible to make amendments before your order goes out.

    INTERNATIONAL

    If you are based overseas, please send us an email with your desired order and delivery address, as we will obtain a quote for you.

  • OUR POLICY

    At J+W we endeavour to provide our customers with quality products, fast delivery and quality service. In the unlikely circumstance that you would like to return all/part of your order or make an exchange please see your options below:

    To arrange a refund or exchange, please email hello@jonahandthewhale.au. Please include your full name, order number, and reason for your return. Unauthorised returns will not be processed. We require your return to be received within 10 business days of authorisation.

    EXCHANGES

    If you wish to return your item and purchase a new one you will need to return your item at your own cost. On receipt, we will issue a refund provided all items meet the criteria in the return’s checklist below. You will then need to create a new order online.

    DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

    We are very sorry to hear that you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect product.

    Please contact our customer support team by emailing hello@jonahandthewhale.au with photos of your damaged, faulty or incorrect item and we will rectify this as soon as possible.

    RETURNS CHECKLIST

    • Product /s must be in original condition, packaging & all tags still attached.

    • Items must be returned within 30 days from when the item(s) are received.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept returns on items that are damaged/used by the buyer. Please ensure to fill out the returns form that is included in your package. Please note: Refund amounts can take up to 30 days to appear back in your account
